By purchasing, you agree to the following policies:

All about payments
Upon completing the payment, you’ll receive a payment receipt at the email address you used to pay for the workshop.
You will see our business name Guidess Co. on the receipt and/or credit card statement.

Refund Policy:
Full refund available through December 1, 2024, which allows you to experience the first two full lessons of the course.
To request a refund, forward your receipt to me via email: hello@visualjournalstudio.com with Refund Request in the subject line

On or after December 2, 2024 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the online nature of this workshop no refunds or cancellations will be issued after this date.

Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including due to lack of participation.

Payment Plans:
If you paid using a payment plan, you will be charged the same amount every month on the same day as your first payment automatically till you have paid the full amount.

For example, if you paid your first payment on the 17th of November, your next payment will be automatically charged on the 17th of December.

Canceled Payments: If you cancel a payment and do not pay for the workshop in full, you will lose access to the workshop and the community and any previous payments will not be refunded.

Missed Payments: In case of missed payments, due to an expired credit card or insufficient balance, you will be notified to pay the pending amount. Failure to complete missed payments will result in losing immediate access to both the lessons and the community.

Worried about keeping up? No need! You’ll have lifetime access to all of the materials, so you can go at your own pace.
